İsrail Başbakanlık Ofisinden yapılan açıklamada, Başbakan Netanyahu'nun sağlık durumuna ilişkin bilgi verildi.

Açıklamaya göre, Batı Kudüs'teki Hadassah Hastanesi'nde çarşamba günü muayene olan Netanyahu'da iyi huylu prostat hiperplazisinin neden olduğu idrar yolu enfeksiyonu tespit edildi.

Doktor muayenesinden geçtiği çarşamba gününden bu yana Netanyahu'nun antibiyotik tedavisi gördüğü belirtilirken, başbakanın yarın prostat ameliyatı olacağı kaydedildi.

İsrail'de en uzun süre başbakanlık koltuğunda oturan Binyamin Netanyahu, 75 yaşında.

Pazar akşamları yapılan haftalık kabine toplantısının ise iptal edilmeyeceği duyuruldu.
